DESCRIPTION & MAIN PROPERTIES:

●JOINTSEAL RTV GASKET SILICONE is specially designed for dealership warranty requirements that ensure extended drivetrain warranty compliance. It features fast-curing, sensor-safe, low-odor, and non-corrosive formulation that meets performance specs of OE silicone gaskets. It forms reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking, and migration caused by thermal cycling. It is permanently flexible and stable at between -80 °F to 625 °F (-62 °C to 330 °C). It is also resistant against automotive fluids. 

APPLICATIONS:

●Rear main bearing cap split line, damper keyway sealing,differential cover, intake end seals, OHC cap, oil pan cornerseals, oil pan gasket, side cover plate, thermostat housing,timing cover, transmission pan, valve cover gasket, vibrationdamper, water pump cover gasket and intake manifolds.

DIRECTIONS:

●Application surface should be clean,dry and free from all contaminants,i.e,dust ,rust,grease etc.

●Cut the nozzle at an angle and apply the sealant with a standard caulking gun.

●Tool immediately to spread the sealant against all surface and give a smooth finish.

●Please dispose of empty cartridge correctly.

●It is a low hazard product.

LIMITATIONS:

●Not suitable for aquariums and in areas of food preparation.

●Not recommended for use with PMMA,PP,PE,Teflon,Bituminous,Wax or Paraffin.
