DESCRIPTION:

●JOINTSEAL A1 Mega Professional PU Foam is a one-component, ready to use multi-purpose Polyurethane foam. It is fitted with a plastic
adaptor head for use with a foam application gun or a straw.
●JOINTSEAL M80 Mega Professional PU Foam is mould proof, resistant to heat and cold (-60ºC to +100ºC), and moistureresistant.
Cured foam can be cut, sanded, plastered or painted.

●High yield -up to 50L (750 ml at +20℃; up to 35L at 0℃
●Does Not slump at low temperature
●High adhesion to most building materials

●Ozone-friendly propellants, CFC and HCFC-free

APPLICATIONS:
●Mounting of windows and doorframes;
●Mounting and insulating wall panels, corrugated plates, roof tiles, etc.
●Application where temperature between -18℃ to +35℃;

INSTRUCTION:

1.All surfaces should be clean from oil, grease, loose particles and dust. Dry surfaces should be well sprayed or dampened with water;

2.Fill vertical gaps from the bottom up (pay attention to foam expansion);

3. Turn off the flow adjustment screw clockwise direction when finishing;

4.Before replacing can, shake new vigorously, unscrew empty can and immediately (within 1 minute)replace with a new foam can; 

5.Before curing, foam can be moved and cleaned with PU Cleaner either with the gun or with adapter. Cleaning of the screw adapter with cleaners  recommended;

6.Do not expose to UV rays. Painting or coating is recommended.

PRECAUTION:

●Always ensure adequate ventilation due to the possible formation of inflammable vapors.

●Wear suitable protective goggles and gloves when applying the foam.

●Do not damage the cans.

●The product presents no physiological risk after curing.

●This product is only for professional use.

STORAGE:

12 months under dry condition below 25℃
